    Ordering and receiving items no problem. Great service on that but trying to report and sort out bad quality item... good luck. Bought a jacket and after a week the sleeve at the top started coming loose at the seam. Contacted them and send pictures as they asked. Couldn't find the original plastic sleeve right away but found it in my son's room (if you have kids you know how they misplace items). Now they have a different excuse for not sorting out the problem. This was purchased by a kid saving for months with his first job to be able to stay warm during the winter. Now because it was worn for A WEEK they say that it's his fault for wearing it. You have to jump through hoops for them with no luck of help. Been battling from 13 June and it's now 15 July and all I hear is other excuses. Will not recommend them to any one of my customers again.

    Great experience with this company. Good quality products and when there was an error with the one item it was resolved without any hassle.
