Absolutely phenomenal, next-level customer service! I am completely blown away by the team at E3. I ordered a silicone ring (which is already incredible value at just R100) and desperately needed it overnighted due to an urgent situation. I explicitly offered to pay whatever extra it cost for overnight shipping. Not only did Eunita kindly handle everything immediately, but she actually covered the additional overnight courier cost out of her own pocket without even telling me, meaning the business likely made zero profit on my order just to help me out. Even though the courier company unfortunately missed the overnight window on their end, the sheer effort, kindness, and selflessness shown by Eunita is unheard of these days. We need more businesses like this in South Africa. They have earned a customer for life!

Bought matching silicone rings from E3 with custom engravings. Four months later, here’s the reality: 📸 Left: My ring – the name “Dumi” on the outside has completely worn off 📸 Right: My partner’s ring – still perfectly intact Now here’s where it gets interesting… The inside engraving on my ring (our anniversary date) is still perfectly clear, even though it’s the part in constant contact with my skin. But the outside? Gone. When I raised this, I was told it’s due to “body chemistry” and “bodily fluids.” So let me get this straight: * The part exposed to more skin contact is fine * The part exposed to less has completely faded Make that make sense. Also worth noting: my partner’s ring has already become loose and shifts around her finger after just four months. This isn’t about “body chemistry.” This looks like a quality and engraving issue. Rings are not just accessories. They carry meaning. You don’t expect that meaning to literally disappear in under half a year. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the response received.
