I came in store after seeing the ads on Instagram and I am absolutely impressed. Thank you for creating a store that caters to bigger and curvy ladies. Also thank you to the staff at the Fourways Mall branch. The lady was super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again❤️

Very disappointing experience I bought two pairs of Zulu Zenith leggings in the same style, just different colours. I wore one pair to test them during a gym class and unfortunately found that they kept slipping down, making them unsuitable for exercising in. I understand that once leggings have been worn they cannot be returned, so although I’m disappointed that I’ve effectively wasted my money on that pair, I accepted this and arranged to return only the second, completely unworn pair. What has frustrated me even more is the handling of the “free” branded shopper bag that came with my order. When arranging my return, I was not clearly informed that this free gift also needed to be returned in order to receive my full refund. I subsequently discovered that this requirement is contained in the terms and conditions on the website, and that R80 will apparently be deducted from my refund if I don't return the bag. The problem is that returning it now costs me money either way. Driving to the physical store would cost me more than R80 in petrol, while sending the bag by PUDO would cost around R49. So I’m essentially being financially penalised for a “free gift” that I never ordered or asked for. I don't even want the bag. It is heavily branded, and after my experience with the leggings, I don't particularly want to walk around advertising the brand. Had I been clearly told when arranging the return that the free bag needed to be included, I could simply have returned it together with the unworn leggings in the same parcel. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing purchase. I’m already stuck with a pair of leggings that I can't comfortably use for exercise, and I'm now losing additional money over an unwanted “free” promotional item. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from Zulu Zenith again based on this experience.

I’ve been a loyal Zulu Zenith customer for years and have spent thousands of rand on their products.I recently purchased multiple pairs of leggings for padel and running, but they continually roll down during normal use, making them unwearable for the purpose they were bought. I even tried different sizes with the same result. What disappointed me most was Zulu Zenith’s response. They admitted the difference was due to different production batches but refused to offer a refund or exchange because the leggings had been worn. The defect only became apparent during normal use, and their solution was to wear them for lower-impact activities instead. As a customer, I don’t believe I should have to accept inconsistent quality for the same product. I expected much better from a brand I’ve supported for years. Definitely will support brands like Koko, koa and burnt!

I bought a set and it was over R600 a piece. I later find that it really isnt suitable for running at all. I tried it on 2 occasions and was so disappointed that the material doesn't hold tight. The pants slides down and the top rides upwards. Wouldn't recommend for runners at all. Worst experience for such an expensive brand.
