I contacted Yokico online regarding a bag purchased in December that had unfortunately ripped. They were EXTREMELY helpful and let me know that they’d replace the bag. I went to visit the Brooklyn branch and the most wonderful (very new) sales associate was expecting me and was very helpful! This is the first item we’ve gotten from the brand and it will not be the last. The service online and instore was impeccable!
