I do not recommend these furniture. There is a problem with my bed I bought in Dec 2025. The mirror frame is also skew. Truewood contacted me after my social media complaint. Can you believe it, they informed me they will collect the bed to repair. I asked them do I need to sleep on the floor. This is the only bed as I am staying in a 2 bedroom townhouse. My son has a bed in his room and I have my bed in my room. I am 67 years old. Where do they expect me to sleep? I cannot believe this is their answer. I lost all faith in Truewood since I have supported them since 2016. All my furniture except my diningroom have Truewood furniture. Stay away

The only positive part of this experience was the excellent service from the salesperson at the Centurion branch, who was knowledgeable, professional, and made the purchasing process easy. Unfortunately, the quality of the product delivered and the after-sales service have been the complete opposite. For such a significant purchase, I expected far better quality, communication, and customer service. Based on my experience, if you do decide to purchase from this company, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the product upon delivery to ensure it is not damaged. For a product at this price point, customers should not have to deal with receiving damaged goods. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I purchased a fairly expensive bed and waited four weeks for delivery, only for it to arrive severely damaged. The bed was collected two days later, but another week has now passed and I am still waiting for a replacement with no meaningful feedback or clear timeline. The lack of communication from head office has been incredibly frustrating, as I have had to repeatedly ask for updates without receiving any useful response. My overall experience with the manufacturer's after-sales service and head office has been extremely disappointing. The only people who acted professionally throughout this process were the staff at the Centurion branch. The gentleman who assisted me there did his job exceptionally well, remained professional, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the same level of professionalism and commitment was not reflected by the manufacturer or head office, which has left me very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

In January we ordered 2 couches. On delivery we noticed very poor workmanship. The upholstery on two cushions was too tight so it pulls. The cushion covering the armrest on the one couch is not flush....can almost fit 4 fingers in the hole. The back of the couches are skew. Certainly looks strange as it is not against a wall to hide the poor workmanship. The couches creaked and groaned every time we sat down or got up. These couches have been back to the factory 2x for repairs. Each time they are returned it appears as if nothing has been done. Communication with Truwood is abysmal. We have now given up. Will take the loss and get the couches recovered privately. Hopefully the structure is sound. Cannot recommend this company.
