    Terrible attitude and very disrespectful . Refused to assist me saying that it is a warehouse. Google shows address and hours of operation. Very disappointed.

    From the reviews I viewed I decided to give this place a try and to my dismay I was disappointed. I went in and asked for a hydrogel screen protector which they did have. Before agreeing to having it applied I asked if the store accepted card. The man who was speaking on a video call told me the card machine isn’t working so I said unfortunately I don’t have cash nor do I have my bank card on me (I use tap and pay) he completely ignored me and went ahead and removed the protector and reapplied a new one. I tried the tap and pay 3times and it did not work. Luckily there is a cardless withdrawal option. I had my protector applied on Monday. It’s Wednesday and it’s peeling off. A waste of R300. This place may be good for bags but definitely not phone services and the customer service is atrocious.

    I had great experience with Tomtoc South Africa. They easily answered my questions regarding a product within a few hours, and I got my product delivered in Alexandebaai within 5 days over a weekend. Great service, would purchase from them again.
