I took my daughter to get her ears pierced this morning at the Parkhurst branch and I just wanted to say how lovely the staff were. She was quite nervous and they made the whole experience so pleasant for her. Especially Angela… what an awesome human! She spoke to her throughout the whole process and made her feel at ease. She even got a special certificate to mark her first piercing experience ❤️ Thanks so much!

Piercing itself was fine, but 0 type of customer service like you get at Beyond Body. This is like they’re doing you a favour instead of having an experience. Definitely won’t be back
