    Very disappointing experience We were extremely disappointed multiple times by the Potchefstroom Golf Club. Their customer service is shockingly poor. When we visited the pro shop, the gentleman behind the counter didn’t even look up to assist us. We tried to buy Pro V1 balls on two occasions and were told both times that they would call us once stock arrived — they never did. We had also reserved three golf carts months in advance for a golf day, only to be told on the day that only one was available, but they still have to try and fix it, 15 minutes before the tee off. The golf car we received was in terrible condition and no apology was given. To top it off, the prize-giving was a mess — the scores were calculated incorrectly, and the staff were unfriendly and completely disorganised. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing golf experiences we’ve had. We expected far better from a club of this reputation.
