    If one needs excellent service and values their feet with all the difficulties feet can cause the service here is second to none - 6 out of 5 for sure. . I had a orthotist report and the AI had no idea how to think about all the factors and recommend a winning shoe. Liyema was beyond patient - and I was a patient recovering from back surgery afraid to sit down. He went above and beyond to take into account all my needs, assist me with comfortably trying on and ultimately recommending a stellar pair of shoes - my feet and back enjoy. Point of sale assistance was also great - Yomie - helped me payjustnow at the point of the month where the shoes were needed and the budget was stretched.

    Quite frankly the worst experience I’ve had at this store yet. Not only was I accused of opened items and tarnishing a pair of socks (of which I did neither) the staff seemed to be more concerned with fixing her wig. I have never been treated so appallingly in South Africa before and I visit twice a year. If you could kindly train your staff on customer service, grace and decorum you would see you sales increase vastly. Or simply retrain all the staff present today (21st October 2026) I’m sure you’d see immediate improvements. To be spoken to the way I was as a paying customer was absolutely diabolical. They can learn a thing or two from the staff at the springbok retail store at the V&A waterfront. Extremely disappointed!
