Excellent Customer service by Justice and his team that went above and beyond to help me get a dress that wasn’t in stock in the Sandton store! I’m absolutely chuffed with my experience, the staff were so friendly and helpful and would shop here again in a heartbeat! I will return when I’m next in town! THANK YOU! @Ted Baker you hired some amazing retail talent!

Ordered the bag online, the delivery was smooth… But they didn’t bother to package the bag, yeah it was wrapped in paper but that was all in the Ram Box. This is such a disappointment from what we expect to be at lease an upper class store.
