    Absolutely brilliant service from Tech Shinobi! I'd bought a new GPU, CPU and RAM for my gaming PC and needed someone I could trust to install them. Yaseem collected the PC from my house on Wednesday morning and had it back to me on Thursday morning, all sorted in a day. He went above and beyond: updated the BIOS, did a clean driver install, set up the RAM properly, repasted the CPU, and even stripped and cleaned the whole case and redid all the cable management. It looks so much better than before. He also kept me updated throughout with photos, videos and benchmark results, which gave me real peace of mind since I couldn't be there. The PC runs really well and I'm super impressed. Highly recommend Tech Shinobi to anyone who needs PC upgrades or repairs!

    I honestly can’t recommend Tech Shinobi enough. Their service has been outstanding from start to finish. Throughout upgrading my PC, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from helping me choose and order the right parts, to making sure I’m getting the best bang for my buck, and even cleaning up and improving my entire setup. What really stands out is the personal service. They don’t just sell you parts and leave you to figure everything out yourself. They take the time to understand what you need, give honest advice, and make sure you’re happy with the end result. Every step of the upgrade has been handled with care and attention to detail, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they’ve put in. If you’re looking to upgrade your PC or need help with anything tech-related, I’d definitely recommend Tech Shinobi. Great service, great advice, and people who actually care about their customers.

    i shattered by back glass and front screen. the shinobi team managed to get my phone looking brand new within a day. They also managed to replace my dads screen in less than 30mins!
