I had high expectations for the pillows. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy. It remains very hard, so yes, it holds shape. But it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Even after removing multiple chips. I woke up 9 out of 10 times with a sore ear. If I remove anymore, it will be too flat. My husband said it perfectly - it is a fancy pillowcase with normal pillow chips.

A duvet inner becoming faulty just over a year after purchase is extremely disappointing, particularly given the expectation that a product like this should last considerably longer! I cannot even change the linen without it making a huge mess everywhere, which is hugely inconvenient. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the product and more importantly, the lack of communication regarding the issue. What has made the experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-up in trying to resolve the matter. Was promised feedback and still have not heard anything a week later. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning both the quality of the product and the level of customer service. Better communication and a willingness to resolve the issue in a timeous manner would have gone a long way towards restoring my confidence in the brand.

This must be the best purchase of my life. Total game changer, my body is no longer sore and stiff in the mornings, my neck is also so much better thanks to the amazing sloom pillows. Amazing service ordered on Tuesday, bed arrived Thursday. Was easy enough for me to put together alone. Honestly my sleep quality feels like its completely inproved. Best product around and so good that you have options to change the firmnes. Thank you Sloom team!
