    Service delivery is bad to be honest i placed my order on Saturday morning 24th recieved a email saying my order has been recieved bare in mind there website says 24 hours . I opt for collection as i wanted my stuff sooner because im excited to try out there products because of all the great reviews spend over R600 on my order .monday came no email nothing no way to track you order so Tuesday came got fed up decided to email and ask when i can pick up my order a very nice lady responded saying it will be ready 27th wow well its the 27th Wednesday and I'm still waiting if this is how collections is i dont even want to know how delivery must be never mind online it says my order was picked up what does that even mean i sure as hell never picked up my order or does it mean its been picked up from your warehouse now going to be dropped off at depo. not very infomative highly disappointed why would i or anyone else after this experience want to buy by this company again i got to run after you for my order i have already paid for. Rather stick to selling your products in branded stores because your customer service is bad and delivery and pick up service is not ok.

    I thought they are open to the public, but the doors were closed and there was no response when I rang the bell. Very disappointing. I thus can't comment on the quality of the product.
