    What Horrible customer service,they are a bunch of fraudsters their website has terms that they don't adhere to was informed that taking back a purchase will be free within 48 hours I did that and was not informed that they received the parcel I had to follow up with them. They told me they don't have the shoe in my size and I asked for a refund. Then they inform me I have to pay for the "free" courier. They are withholding my money because they wanna exploit me . Do not support this business.Do not buy online . Bunch of criminals!!

    Pathetic service from your Oval branch. Made promises to have a shoe in a week, which I paid for in advance, then the dodge games started. They didn't contact us to let us know what's going on, my sister had to go and call a few times. Like the service, Landline doesn't work, was given Bushra's number, she has a disgusting attitude and does not know how to interact with customers. Shaida was the one who promised to get me the pair in the week but didn't bother that a paying customer awaited her shoes. I had to purchase another pair for an event, after following up and chasing it up, I got my regund(that too I had to follow up on) but the overall service and attitude stinks!!!!!
