I was supposed to receive my order on 5 September 2026 and today is the 11th of October 2026. I have received no communication from the company and my messages and emails have been ignored. They do not answer calls and I tried to go to the address on the invoice and it took me to an estate in ballito and there is no entry. My baby was born 11 days ago and I had to purchase all those products which I ordered from them uncustomized from elsewhere so I would just like to have my refund at this point. I read some of the reviews and the responses by the owner are flabbergasting…so rude. If you know you don’t meet your own deadline then apologize and explain to the customer who is supporting your business.

Unfortunately I decided to give a rating purely based on the responses after bad review.. and all negative comments on all social media platforms get deleted. This gives us as clients false advertising and unable to make the correct decisions before we place an order. I believe it is the husband that is acting in this manner while the wife is working herself to the bone. I placed my order in May confirmed it would be ready en June. Baby due July. When you 1st enquire the feedback is good. As soon as deposit is paid delayed responses and no response. My grandchild was almost 2 months old when the items arrived, so items like the nest and feeding pillow was needed... Our stitching was very skew and missed on some places. I once again would advise this guy responding to the ratings to rather own up and acknowledge your clients complaints, be better, try harder, stop trying to make the customer look like the fool. The moral of the story is most of us would have left it but due to ill treatment from you we will warn others. I think I feel mainly sorry for your wife.

We had such a wonderful experience with See Just More! ❤️ From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. We ordered bedding for our baby girl’s bedroom, and the whole process was so smooth and enjoyable. Even after they had already started with our order, we decided to add a few more items, and they were so accommodating and never made us feel like we were a hassle. The communication, service and attention to detail were fantastic, and the end result was absolutely perfection. Thank you so much to the See Just More team for going above and beyond. Sew Just more made the most beautiful set for my babies room, they really put in a lot of effort to bring my designs and ideas to life, I am absolutely in love with the set they made and the material they used, the detail is absolutely stunning, I would highly recommend using them!!
