Used these guys for over 20 years, moved away due to the severe shrinkage on my last 2 pool covers (In excess of 30cm). Avoid , poor support.

I would put zero stars if I could. Absolutely useless customer service! We ordered a pool cover, agreed the quote and paid the full amount. When we closely examined the invoice, we noticed that the wrong size was quoted. We called, left messages and nobody ever called back despite numerous promises. Eventually we got hold of the salesperson and he corrected the size and amended the order. We fetched the pool cover paid the difference and when installing found that the wrong size had been cut. Despite numerous promises of a correct blanket being delivered to us, every promised date was missed. Many calls and emails followed. Eventually we called and spoke to the salesperson, confirming the exact size with him only for the incorrect blanket size to be delivered. He left the incorrect blanket on the pool, didn’t cut it to size. See photo - does this look as if it is the correct size? I’m beyond words. Is this the sort of customer service you’d be proud of? Carolyn Idas and Sebastian Olieslager said that supplying a bigger cover without trimming is standard. Why then do they take orders and money for custom sized covers? Advice: Having been a client for many years and three covers until now, I will never use Power Plastics as they are truly useless and don’t value customers or keep any promises!
