I have purchased a chest drawer and gifted to someone.... When assembling the item nothing was aligning and the material is absolutely flimsy and weak... Drawers do open and close properly. When packing any items into the drawers the base simply falls, bare in mind no weight on items... We had to use masking tape to hold the back board of the chest drawer.. .. The service is absolutely poor.
