I had a wonderful, Build your own Charm Piece Experience at Meraki. Eske was so kind and patient towards me. She spent time to ensure that I am pleased with my necklace. What a lovely person. I highly recommend.

Brilliant, friendly and quick customer service. My custom pieces were better than I could have ever imagined. Bought them a few years ago and they still look brand new. The quality is exceptional.

The Meraki Jewellery team is absolutely amazing! For years, I’ve ordered personalised gifts from them, particularly for my husband, and they never disappoint. Most recently, they created a beautiful pair of personalised cufflinks for him, which I gifted to him on our wedding day. He was completely blown away, and they made such a special moment even more meaningful. Thank you to the Meraki team for always creating such beautiful, thoughtful pieces and for consistently delivering exceptional quality. These cufflinks will be treasured forever. I truly cannot recommend Meraki enough! 🤍

A little love letter to Eske of Meraki Design… On Saturday morning, 26 September, I had booked myself a Meraki Charm Edit session. After getting lost here and there , I eventually arrived about five minutes after my scheduled time. And at the door was Eske — quite honestly, a ray of sunshine. ✨ The most beautiful energy. She welcomed me with a mimosa, showed me around the shop, put on some girl-pop music and simply told me to take my time. And take my time I did. I was that customer. I changed my mind. I moved things around. I deliberated. I stared. I rearranged. I probably overthought every single charm. And not once — not once — did Eske lose patience with me. When I had finally chosen my charms, she even gave me the option of putting them together myself if I wanted to. She gave me a quick little training session, handed me the tools… and let me be. And I loved that. There was something so special about being given the space to create something that was completely mine. The bracelet itself? Absolutely stunning. ✨ The charms are bright, beautiful and full of personality — and it has already become a talking point everywhere I go. But beyond the beautiful bracelet, the beautiful shop and the gorgeous ambiance, what really stayed with me was the experience. I genuinely felt like I received far more than I paid for. I have absolutely zero complaints and I will most definitely be back SOON. ❤️ To Meraki and to Eske — I wish you nothing but the very best. May God continue to grow your business beyond what you can imagine. May He place the right people in your path, and may Eske continue to meet people who open doors, create opportunities and catapult her into even greater avenues. And thank you, Eske, for giving me something I didn't even realise I needed: A little inner-child healing, a beautiful adult bracelet, some girl-pop, a mimosa… and a morning where I got to simply play and create. What a beautiful experience. Thank you, Meraki. Thank you,
