Poor lack of communication from their staff to student residences. They spend days to months to respond to messages as they only respond when I complain about their lack of communication and services and then proceed to do the same thing again.

Staff is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I wanted a product that was on the website in store and I asked the staff whether the product was in store and she gave me attitude telling me that the product is not one Matie shop sells despite it being on the website and then proceeded to tell me I should not have visited the store. Will probably never go back there again. I felt so embarrassed. This happened on 20 April 2026 around 3 pm

Tygerberg branch specifically: Shop is often not well stocked and unfriendly staff/poor service in store.
