    I booked my appointment a week in advance, day of my appointment the hairstylist I booked was still busy so the receptionist started undoing my braids. They told me she was almost done but the lady I booked never touched my hair. What’s the point of booking? The lady who ended up doing my moisture treatment literally burnt and damaged my hair. People in the salon had to open all doors cause of the smoke that came from my hair being dried. What a waste of my moisture treatment. I am extremely unhappy. We pay a premium price so that we don’t have to subject our hair to being treated badly. I’m extremely upset cause she damaged my hair

    I have natural hair and it was my first time visiting this salon. I visited the salon for simple treatment and cornrows(2 lines). The salon gave me a traineee who burnt my hair. I had to walk out the salon with my hair undone and damaged. What a terrible experience.
