Excellent service received at their V&A store this week: I ordered a pair of sunglasses that arrived, as promised, two days later. When I went to collect them today, there was another colourway I preferred and the shop manager gladly assisted. (Tip: if you see a style you like online - just ask as they might have it in stock, just not on display). Quality brand, quality service👌🏻
