I am horrified by the service I received. Once I ordered my ring, I received it within a week, which was great. It unfortunately did not work with my engagement ring so we sent it back to exchange the ring for another shape. Once they received the ring again, all communication stopped. They are currently not responding to my WhatsApps or emails. They are not processing the exchanged and when I wanted to cancel the order and ask for a refund - no response was received. I am now out of a ring and my money and they are not responding at all. I would honestly tell everyone to think twice before ordering. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

We initially purchased a ring that turned out to be too big, but the return and replacement process was seamless. Joy provided exceptional service, making everything efficient and stress-free. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful jewellery we received and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

The ring is gorgeous. Exactly what I was looking for. Your service was excellent. Even after I ordered the wrong size and exchange had to be done the ring was still in time for the suprise engagement we had planned. Less than two weeks ordered, receiveid, send back to you and resend to us. Still received it in time. Thanks a lot. Will definitely make use of your services again and also refer my friends.

The most beautiful rings and such superb quality. This was such a wonderful anniversary gift for my husband and I. It’s so great to spoil each other without the huge price tag!
