I have been a customer of Handbag and Luggage for a number of years and have always received great service. I recently placed an order online for a Father's Day gift. I got a call the next morning to say they did not have stock of the item I ordered, but that they would attempt to get it sent it overnight from Durban to Cape Town to make it on time for Father's Day. To my surprise Minhaj managed to arrange same day delivery of the item. What great customer service! Thank you.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Handbag & Luggage thanks to Moshin and Chris. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their product knowledge is outstanding, and they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before making recommendations. What really stood out was their patience and attention to detail — no pressure, just genuine service and honest advice. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. If you’re looking for quality products and exceptional service, I highly recommend asking for Moshin or Chris at Handbag & Luggage. I’ll definitely be back!
