    Oh my goodness!!!! I ordered my Hamba's yesterday and really wanted them for this coming weekend but realised I ordered too late as the delivery time is 3-5 working days. Today the courier arrived and it was my Hamba"s!!!!! I was so happy! I opened the courier bag to find a beautiful wrapped parcel with a personalised letter. Then to top it off as I opened the parcel the most beautiful perfume hit my nose. I was in my element. I danced around my office with excitement. The cherry on the top was when I got home and tried them on - I am in Love! They fit perfectly and so incredibly comfortable. As I sit down to relax after my day I am on the website ordering some more. Thank you Hamba jeans - a very passionate new customer

    I placed an order on September 22, 2026, and have not received a single update, confirmation follow-up, or tracking detail regarding my purchase. It has been over two weeks with zero communication despite my order having been placed and processed. This level of customer service is extremely poor. I expect better transparency and prompt updates regarding orders.
