I required a Console cleansing and thumb stick replacement for my Xbox Series X, and had stumbled on rave reviews for Gaming Fanatic. I can say they were well deserved, I had given over a console in terrible condition and after 3 days it had been cleaned immaculately, and my sticks were replaced. Thank you very much for the great work you did, I highly recommend anyone to get your console service here.

Rhoden was amazing, service, knowledgeable. He did a complete assessment of the PS5 after another individual completely destroyed the motherboard. I will only take the console to Gaming Fanatics in the future. He went out of his way to help, provided me with professional photos and thermal video of what caused the motherboard to burn out. This made my insurance claim easy to submit with no issues.
