Excellent, Speedy and reliable logistics service, all questions were answered almost immediately via messaging and hair is of excellent quality and colours were correct and consistent - will recommend!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EXTENSIONAIRE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I had an absolutely horrible experience with these people. I ordered a Hair Extension Fusion Tool from their website (1st picture) & I received something else (2nd picture). At no point in time did they say "Sorry, you will not be receiving the product you ordered." Only once it arrived & I complained about it, did they say something. They are falsely & misleadingly advertising products on their website. They are quick to throw the Consumer Protection Act in your face, but they are forgetting the fact that the Consumer Protection Act prohibits false, misleading, or deceptive advertising by prohibiting suppliers from making false statements or using exaggeration, innuendo, or ambiguity about a material fact concerning goods or services. This includes misrepresenting product features, quality, pricing, or falsely implying endorsements, and a business must correct a consumer's misunderstanding if it amounts to a deception. Long story short...You will not get what you pay for! They should be closed down permanently & Google should remove their website, social media & their overall online presence. Loads more people are going to fall victim to them.

there were some shipping problems and there's not much communication regarding the status of your order, so that could definitely use improvement. however, the extensions are great and soft and very easy to install if you're used to wearing extensions.

Great service , I have had my extensions for 2 years now , and still in mint condition... I have had blonde and brunette extensions both the same quality.. I use clip ins and I love it....
