DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. They will be helpful and if you are looking to create a ring that isn't super expensive, they will never get back to you. What a waste of time and effort. Keep on looking for another jeweller.

While the product and idea behind it is great, the ordering process has been a big let down. The website says 7 days to manufacture. I ordered earnings as an anniversary gift for my wife on the 28th March, it is now the 14th April and the order hasn't been dispatched yet. I am now left leaving for our anniversary trip without the gift I wanted to give to my wife. This despite me following up ahead of time on the 7th April and being assured my order will be dispatched this past Friday, which was the 10th of April. Really disappointed.

I love my bezel stud earrings. And my mustard seed necklace is my new favorite. Thankyou.
