Beautiful items but very poor customer service. Impossible to get advanced notice on when your items will be received / ready, in order to schedule other subcontractors - which is something Douglas and Douglas should be aware of, being in the design industry. Rude front of house and highly unhelpful.

I had a very disappointing experience with Douglas and Douglas unfortunately. Their website mentions that they do "custom orders" for clients yet when you contact them to help with a custom order in the new year, they decide that they "cannot help you" with making simple plain handles. Their social media manager who handles their emails is also incredibly rude when requesting assistance.

ダーバンデザインのティータオルを買いに行きました。WhatsAppで訪問日時を伝えていたので、店内も見せてもらえました。 I am so happy to get this special Durban design tea towel. Thank you very much!
