I bought a bag on Saturday and they didn't wanna refund or exchange the colour saying it's a sale item

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers at Brazilia Liberty Midlands Mall. As they didn't have my number in stock I was told that it would take one to two weeks to arrive from Johannesburg. I also had to pay a twenty rand delivery fee. In this time of waiting I phoned twice to check on delivery date. After two and a half weeks I enquired again. On day twenty I was informed that the shoes would arrive the next day. So on day twenty one I phoned twice but was assured that they will have the shoes but have to go through a list of many. Lo and behold I received a phone call by 3pm to tell me that my shoes have not arrived. This on a Friday afternoon.Huge disappointment. Eventually I received my shoes three and a half weeks after purchasing. I felt the managing and customer service very poorly.

Bought a new pair of sketchers and after one day of use, it was opening up on the sides. Took it back to the store and they want to repair it. Not acceptable. Will never use this store again. Be careful if you buy from here.
