Absolute horrible experience. If you value your mental health I would advise not to order anything from this company.. placed my order earlier in the year around Feb never got anything after month's. Eventually cancelled it and asked for a refund that was supposed to take 3 days. It's been 3 months now waiting for a refund every time I email and ask they apologise as usual and go silent. Asked for management email they bluntly refused and still this day they just apologise. Total scam and fraudulent if you ask me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! STILL WAITING FOE MY R18 000 REFUND AFTER SIX MONTHS I purchased two Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 tablets from Connected Devices around 17–19 March 2026, totalling approximately R18,000. After receiving no meaningful updates about when my orders would be shipped, I cancelled both orders in early April. I was informed that my refund would be processed within 20 days. It is now 9 October 2026, and I am STILL waiting for my money. For the past six months, I have had to chase this company repeatedly for money that should have been refunded to me months ago. Every time I contact them, I am given another excuse about their internal financial difficulties and assurances that they are doing the best they can. Frankly, their financial problems are not my responsibility. I paid for products I never received, cancelled my orders, and am entitled to my refund. At the end of September, I called again and was told that they were finally beginning to process refunds, working their way through March's cancellations. The manager, **Parker**, promised to follow up with me regarding when customers who requested refunds in April could expect their payments. He never followed up. No email. No update. Nothing. This is a recurring pattern with Connected Devices: they promise to call back, promise to send emails, promise to provide estimated payment dates, and then simply disappear. Their promises have become meaningless. The week of 5–9 October was the final straw. I called multiple times a day throughout the week, trying to get a straightforward update on MY MONEY. Not once did anyone answer my calls. How is this acceptable business practice? How does a company take someone's money, fail to deliver the products, accept the cancellation, promise a refund within 20 days, and then keep that person's money for SIX MONTHS without providing a concrete payment date? I have heard enough excuses. I have received enough empty promises. I do not want another explanation about

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Connected Devices, I feel other customers should be aware. I ordered a pair of Nothing Headphone (1) on 29 April 2026 after the product was advertised as in stock, and paid in full at the time of purchase. Nearly three months later, I am still waiting for my order. While the customer service staff have been polite in their responses, the communication has been extremely disappointing. Most updates have simply stated that my order remains on backorder, with no estimated dispatch date or meaningful explanation of when stock can be expected. It was only after repeated follow-ups that I was informed a purchase order had been placed with the supplier and that I was second in the fulfilment queue. Despite this, nearly a month later, the only update I received was that "there has been no change." I completely understand that supplier delays can happen. My frustration is not with the delay itself, but with the lack of transparency and the fact that an item advertised as available has resulted in an almost three-month wait with no realistic timeframe for delivery. I sincerely hope Connected Devices improves both its inventory management and communication with customers.

Ordered from this store a few years back. The order arrived eventually so I recommended it to a family member. He placed an order in March, the phone wasn't available so he requested a refund, over 4 months later and he still hasn't gotten his money back. The customer representatives just say they are looking into it and refunds are delayed. Extremely unprofessional company that steals your money, please don't order from this store.

Had problems to connect new Kindle to my PC. Staff from Connected Devices were most helpful and assisted in solving my problems. Highly recommend.
