Note this not a typical retail setup and the entrance is a bit hidden. I needed some spares for a 20 year old Citizen. Sindi sourced the bits I needed and kept me in the loop on delivery, which took a while over the Christmas break. The parts arrived. the watch is fixed. Mission accomplished. Thank you Sindi

Ordered and paid nearly two weeks ago with no updates or contact since then.

Their pricing is more than double (ie, 100%+ more!) than the international prices‼️ NOTE: Citizen SA lists an Ecodrive BM7463-12A for a whopping R7499.00 (including VAT). From a legit dealer in Europe, I can import one for a reasonable R3484.90 (including shipping and VAT). This make you think, doesn't it?
