We had a voucher from a gift worth over 2,500 rand from carol boyes. We waited ages for a specific product to come in store. When it finally did they said our voucher was out of warranty, refused to honour it, did not contact us as requested, or even offer something in return to recognise the large amount that was spent at their business for nothing in return.
