    I bought 2 dresses online and unfortunately it was a while before I managed to try them on as I was away from home. They didn’t fit and because of the 7 day return policy I was unable to exchange them. I emailed the company regarding my problem but they were not willing to budge even though I was prepared to go to the shop in La Lucia. This was very disappointing as I now have R2000 worth of dresses that I cannot wear. On a separate note, I was disappointed with the quality of workmanship.

    Dont recommend shopping online. Difficult to return online items even if incorrect size.

    As much as I love the range at Bukamina as well as what the brand stands for (locally made clothing). The production quality has to improve. I bought a dress and if I so much as sit too hard, the buttons fall off. I have sewn buttons on the one dress three times so far and I only wore the dress 5 times. This has to change as the pricing follows boutique level pricing.
