Great experience every time! Both my kids go regularly for recovery sessions, we especially enjoy the protocols and can honestly say it works for them. Renaldo, is friendly, professional, always welcoming and will go out of his way to help/assist. Highly recommended!

Huge congratulations to the incredible team at Wellness Bothms. Founded by former Namibian Captain Renaldo Bothma and Springbok Rugby Player Henno Mentz, they have brought elite-level sports science to everyone, making professional recovery accessible for all fitness levels, from beginners to pro athletes. I tried The Flush protocol and wow, it was fantastic. The 30-minute compression boots, 11-minute ice bath, and 20-minute sauna sequence is perfectly designed to trigger a 200–300% norepinephrine surge, drop systemic inflammation, activate heat shock proteins for cellular repair, and prime you for deep sleep. What makes them stand out is their scientific, evidence-based protocol tailored for each athlete. Beyond the flush, they offer incredible therapies like hyperbaric oxygen to reach deep tissue, NASA-inspired negative pressure chambers to passively boost lower-body circulation, and on-site registered physiotherapists for expert injury assessment and biomechanical analysis. I highly recommend checking out their website. Their membership is the real deal because it creates the consistency you need to continue your wellness journey. If you want to optimize your health, just book in three taps and go visit them
