Amazing service from Bizzibabs! The team is always friendly, fast, and efficient. I usually struggle with deliveries, but they are incredibly accommodating and make sure delivery happens quickly when I’m actually home — which I really appreciate. The cherry on top is that with every purchase, big or small, they include a treat for my Boerboels 🐾 I honestly don’t know who gets more excited — me or them! Highly recommend this pet store for both great service and thoughtful touches.

Bizzibabs has exceptional customer service — truly next level! They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in every interaction. I received the best advice for toys for my GSD, and their recommendations were spot-on. They take the time to understand your pets’ needs and give honest, helpful guidance. It’s rare to find a business that combines great prices, quality products, and such warm, personal care. Bizzibabs is honestly the best. Highly recommended

I only recently discovered Bizzibas through my lovely neighborhood in Plumstead—after five years of not knowing about it—and I’m so grateful I did! My two doggies and I had our very first experience with Cedric, and I was honestly blown away by his friendliness, professionalism, and the genuine care he shows his clients. It’s clear he has a deep appreciation for every customer, and that makes all the difference. I’m so excited to place my next order and keep supporting this amazing local business. Wishing Cedric and the Bizzibas team continued success and abundant blessings! 🐾💛 Love Tes & Kurt (and our little 2 pawkids)

Dealing with Cedric at Bizzibabs was a pleasure. After tirelessly searching for a dog door to go in glass stack doors, I finally found a product made specifically for that, The Pet-Tek’s ‘Maxi-Slimline for Glass Doors’. Not only did he source and deliver one within 24 hours, he sent a few bags of dog treats for the little ones 👍🏻
