The salon is modern, neat and clean. A good variety of services are offered: laser removal, massage, hair and nail treatments. Professional and well priced too. Only thing is, I wish they had a salon franchise in the Southern Subs. Shelley (laser therapist) is always friendly and welcoming, as is the reception team.

Very disappointed with the customer service before I even became a client. The pre-service experience was unprofessional, unhelpful, and left a really poor first impression. If this is how potential customers are treated before an appointment, it doesn’t inspire much confidence.

What an incredibly disappointing experience. My sister and I both purchased the Bionic Special vouchers, but not once have we had a pleasant experience at this salon. From the very beginning, it's been a struggle just to secure an appointment on a date that suits us. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism doesn't end there,it only becomes more apparent once you arrive. I always book an appointment and even make a point of arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow for any delays. Despite this, I have never once been attended to anywhere near my scheduled appointment time. Instead, I'm left sitting with wet hair for well over an hour while staff move on to other clients. I continued returning only because I had already paid for the vouchers, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Sadly, every experience was worse than the one before. The final straw was when my daughter and I spent 2½ hours at the salon and all that had been done was a hair wash. During that entire time, my hair dried naturally while I sat waiting, cold, uncomfortable, and eventually with a pounding headache from sitting with wet hair for so long. We eventually walked out without having our hair done at all. We informed one of the stylists that the waiting times were completely unacceptable and asked that management be told. Even after we left, not a single person contacted us to apologise or acknowledge what had happened. Appointment times exist for a reason. People plan their day around them. We all have work, families, and commitments, yet customers are expected to sit for hours as though their time has no value. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I can honestly say I would never recommend this salon. There was one occasion where a stylist's excellent service almost restored my faith, but that was one good experience out of nine. Unfortunately, it was the exception rather than the rule. I've had more organised experiences waiting at a state hospital than I have at this
