UPDATE: I really wish I didn’t have to update my review this way, because I was genuinely happy with my experience with Baby Depo when we first ordered from them. I’m someone who gives businesses and brands a lot of chances before leaving a negative review. I don’t just wake up one morning and post something negative out of nowhere. This update comes from genuine frustration and disappointment after trying several times to get help. One of the stroller wheels broke when we had barely used the stroller. Our baby was still very small when we bought it, so it wasn’t used regularly. In fact, when we finally started using it more consistently, the wheel broke around the 8th time we used the stroller. I contacted Baby Depo and asked whether this was normal for a stroller wheel to break so quickly. I was told no, it wasn’t, and I was assured that they would contact the supplier and arrange a replacement wheel. I sent through the photos they requested and have followed up several times since. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. What has made this especially frustrating is that every time we have a family outing lately, I have to worry about how I’m going to manage with my son because I can’t properly use the stroller. I end up having to carry him, which makes what should be a simple family day incredibly stressful. I completely understand that supplier issues can happen and that Baby Depo may not manufacture the stroller themselves. What I’m disappointed by is the lack of follow-through and communication after I was promised that the matter would be resolved. Most of the updates I’ve received have only come after I message and ask for feedback. I’m not asking for special treatment. I simply expected the same level of care after the purchase that I experienced when placing the order. I really hope Baby Depo resolves this soon, because this has unfortunately changed my experience with the business considerably … July 2025: We ordered from BabyDe
