I bought a refurbished Grade A laptop and had some quality issues with it seeing that it was a Grade A, I was not happy and after a back forth with the owner he explained there was some internal problems that he was not aware of he will personally handle my query. He really went out of his way to make things right and made sure i was happy with my purchase. Thanks again.
