This place lets a person wait forever on their order; they confirmed a courier will provide me with tracking details after I waited 2 plus weeks for their stock to come. It is 3 business days post when they said the courier will provide a waybill and tracking details. People, I think this company is either a scam or provides very poor customer service. You can call and email them; they ghost you, and then they eventually respond. I don't know what to do because R5650 is a lot of money, and it included courier cost, whilst others on Black Friday were cheaper and would have shipped for free.

I am disappointed Shame, I bought an iPhone 8 plus from Apple Kitchen In April And paid the remaining balance in May, up to this day I haven't received the phone. They blocked me on Facebook, blocked my other contact numbers that I used to contact them, ignoring my WhatsApp messages, ignoring my emails, when I call them they cut the call immediately when they realize that it's me. I no longer want the phone I just want my money back.

So far they are good to other customers but to me they are very bad when it's comes to being helpful to a customer. And they take their time to reply and it's been a month no help received 💔
