Another terrible service from this store,wasted my time,fuel and family time. My phone went for repairs and was told it has been credited.after work I went there to collect my new phone as per instruction and I was told I will not get the phone because they cannot pick up the repair. I have exchanged the 3rd phone but they do want to be of service,very poor fron these people they do not even care.

Service is so bad, the que is long but only 1 till working. Cashiers have been called numerous times but nothing. We are going to die here on this line.

Ooh my God!! I regret going to this store. Yesterday the 18th of May, I visited this particular store to get baby preparation as I am due. After moving around the store collecting everything that I needed, I was so tired, I got to the till n stood there for 10minutes with no cashier to assist me. I was now heating up n very dizzy, then a cashier by the name Litha showed up. I wish she had not come😭😭😭. That z the most rude employee I have ever met my entire life. I asked Litha to pliz assist me with a chair so that she can assist me whilst seating down cz I could feel that at that point I was abt to faint. Litha tells me that if I want a chair, I must go to the fitting room to get one. I asked if she cannot get atleast one of the employee to quickly get me one pliz as I am not fine. The attitude I was receiving from Litha, I swear, that z definitely not the attitude of an employee who has been trained for customer care. I cannot believe that Ackerman mall of Africa has that kind of staff. A lot of people that will come to Ackermans are pregnant people who are almost due, but the way I have been treated I don’t think that I advise anyone who z in my condition should choose this particular store. U are better off with other stores, definitely not mall of Africa. Litha z their worst employee n she made me regret visiting that store. I hate it n I will never return there. Well I have gone thru the reviews and I really blame Ackermans head office, they condone this conduct by their staff. How come every review here is talking abt the same thing but the attitude of ur staff is still getting worse. This means u guys are not taking us seriously. Rubbish of a store. Close it down. No follow ups are made on our complains. I think people are just trained incompetence directly from head office
