Black Friday tech deals: laptops and consoles

What to expect

This page pulls computers (laptops, tablets, monitors), gaming (PS5, PS4, Xbox, Switch), electronics and audio (headphones). Bags and clothing are excluded. Incredible Connection or HiFi Corp products appear only when they sit in those categories.

Is it really a deal?

5 million+ products analysed and counting, which is how we know a PS5 “deal” that never dipped is noise. We check each price against that item's own history and only list a deal when today's price is genuinely lower. Listed “was” prices that we have never seen charged, or that jumped just before the sale, are left out. We never promote price errors.

Tips

Gaming laptops and PS5 bundles sell out; a missing card usually means no verified drop, not a site error. Dell, HP, Asus, Lenovo and MacBook each need their own history. Hoverboards are not consoles; they will not be forced into this grid.

Questions

Does Incredible Connection have Black Friday?

Usually, on laptops, TVs and audio. We list IC products when we ingest incredible.co.za prices and the drop is real.

Does HiFi Corp have Black Friday specials?

Yes in most years. Same rule as IC — no feed, no fake grid.

When are Black Friday laptop deals in South Africa?

about 20 to 30 November 2026. Gaming laptops move first. A MacBook cut is rarer than a Windows display model.

Will the PS5 be cheaper on Black Friday?

Bundles and extra pads drop more often than the disc console's cash price. We keep a PlayStation row only after the history check.

Black Friday or Cyber Monday for laptops?

Watch both. Friday 27 November 2026 and Monday 30 November 2026 can carry different leftover stock. The grid updates as prices move.
