The service was horrible. I went to purchase a wig and we were informed that they are out of stock and had to wait slightly more than a month for new stock to arrive, which I was honestly willing to wait because the hair is good quality but the service after that was awful. We arranged with the manager to pick the wig up on a Saturday and have it adjusted should there be an issue with the wig size because I am not based in Centurion, she agreed to the appointment and failed to show up on the day of the appointment. Her staff tried to call her but she refused to speak to us and we were told that she does not work on weekends, which is something that was not communicated to us prior . I fit the wig and learnt that the size was slightly bigger and needed a resize, the staff tried to hand me a chalk to mark my own wig, which is something I have no experience in as a client. They outsource their hairstylist\wig makers so the person measuring your wig has no experience in wig making or anything hair related. They tell you that they “just sell hair”. The staff in the store do not make any decisions, everything needs to be approved by the manager, which is counter productive because she is not there. She told her staff that we said we would have the wig adjusted at another establishment. I can’t believe I paid full price for a product and service and still had to come up with my own solutions as a client, zero accountability from the establishment. A 0/5 from me.

I paid R450 for a wig install and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The installation didn’t feel very professional — there was no hot comb used and my hair was mostly blow-dried and lightly straightened instead of properly silk pressed. My natural hair also wasn’t moisturised or prepped properly before installation, only gel was applied. I understand R450 is standard pricing for an install however the service must match the pricing, what I got is worth R250 at best and I regret not doing it myself. The wig band used was very worn and the install was extremely tight to the point where I felt lightheaded and uncomfortable. The lace also wasn’t properly melted around my ears, and the back lace of my 360 wig wasn’t even finished at all — it was just left undone. After leaving, the style also didn’t hold well. For the price paid, I expected a more experienced and complete installation. Just a heads-up for anyone considering going there.
