THIS IS THE SHEDDING. THE FRONTAL PARTING IS MESSED UP. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD WIG. FRIED FRONTAL, WITH NO HEAT UPDATE: 2 years later, over 80 000 views on this review and not a single word from the company. This business screams unprofessionalism and zero customer service.

    DONT BUY FROM THE SAN HAIR ONLINE!!!YOU WILL REGRET IT BITTERLY. I BOUGHT HAIR THAT I COULDNT COLLECT ON TIME, NOW THEY ARE IGNORING ME. THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS, EMAILS, EVEN GOING INTO THE STORE THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP ME. ANOTHER WIG WAS SO POORLY SEWN I RETURNED IT TWICE AND THEY STILL DIDNT FIX IT. WORST SERVICE EVER.

    Terrible experience buying online. I purchased a wig, I never received an order number and I had to repeatedly ask for it. And when I received it, the wig was in a bad quality, nothing like what I saw online then I decided to return it. The return process was tedious, they took days to answer me about their return process. Till this day I haven't received my refund. They keep telling me they are "processing it", at this point I don't think they even know what the word processing is. It's been three weeks since they've been "processing the refund". The payment was never done. Absolutely bad service unless you are an influencer. I would not recommend them to anyone.
