Ordered some old school docs for my husband for his birthday. They took a bit long to get here because they were on back order but the ladies from the store kept me up to date and gave me regular feedback so that I didn't have to stress about it. I can seriously recommend their products and their service. The shoes arrived at my Pudo locker as agreed and was beautifully gift wrapped. My husband is over the moon as his shoes are gorgeous, arrived in good condition and are super comfortable and fit like a glove. thanks girls

That Shoe Lady is an incredible store with exceptional customer service from order to delivery. The personalised note made me feel special! They even reached out directly regarding the specific fit of my Jitterbugs to ensure I selected the right size. When I planned poorly for an order I needed urgently, they arranged a speedy shipment and I got my order first thing the next day from CPT to JHB. Just the absolute best, top-tier experience! You are treated like their only customer. Keep it up ladies, you are brilliant! Thank you Jessamie, Trinity, Lerato @TSL 💗

I’ve had my eye on the Melissa Possession Glass sandals for the longest time. I even tried to track them down while travelling overseas, with no luck, only to find them right here in my own city at That Shoe Lady. My order arrived this morning, beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped, complete with a handwritten note from Jessamie and Luke, a mini Toblerone and some fun stickers. As a graphic designer, I especially appreciate the attention to detail and the unboxing experience – truly the cherry on top! From the seamless online ordering process to the personal WhatsApp conversation to ensure I received the perfect size, every step was handled with such care and efficiency. This is a wonderful example of what South African service can and should be. Professional, personal and full of heart. Thank you, Jessamie, Luke and the entire team for bringing the world a little closer to us and making the experience so special. You’ve gained a very happy customer!
