In my experience, I felt that certain product features and longevity were not accurately represented at the time of sale. The expectations created during the sales process did not align with the actual performance of the products over time. Despite being priced at a premium level, I found the overall quality disappointing. After approximately two years of use, items began developing defects, which was far sooner than I would reasonably expect given the price point. Based on my experience, the value for money has been poor. I would encourage prospective customers to carefully assess product specifications, warranties, and durability before committing.

I called at 14.00pm, it is now 16.42 no one has called back. Perhaps they do not want business. Sucks. No thank you, I am not interested, thank you please don't call me back. Thank you.

I popped into Ted’s as a visitor from Gauteng and met Jessica and told her about my neck and back problem and she pointed me to the correct bed. I stayed in contact with her until back home and she assited me all the way until I could find the same bed just under another name for the same manufacturer in Gauteng. Now that is going the extra mile. Thanks Jessica!!! You are an asset to your company.
