    Very disappointing payment experience from USA customer. I attempted to pay a ZAR 19,569 deposit using the Stitch payment link provided by Ralph Jacobs, but the system tried to charge US$19,569 instead. Fortunately, my bank declined the transaction. I reported the problem and tried again, but the same currency error occurred. For an international customer, this is a serious payment processing issue. I expected Ralph Jacobs to provide a properly configured payment link or a reliable alternative payment method before asking me to try again.

    My ring is not straight the band underneath the hidden halo I picked up the lack of craftsmanship and detail looks so tacky. My first engagement ring ever that I’m supposed to wear with pride. Very disappointed- this was a 2 month in process ring, so why does it look so rushed. Very sad

    Sameeya offered an exceptional service! Really appreciated all the assistance offered. I was able to get the perfect ring with the limited information I gave her.
