The service that I experienced at Queenspark in Somerset Mall was exceptional. While on holiday we experienced an unexpected cold snap and I dashed into Queenspark to buy a few warm items. When arriving home I realised that I had lost an earring that is of great sentimental value to me. I immediately called and asked if they could check in the change rooms. After a brief check the lady offered to take my number as she would alert the remaining staff to keep on eye out. To my utter dismay two days later I received a call from a very pleasant lady confirming that it had been found. I nearly burst into tears from relief! Kudos to you Queenspark, your staff are tops. That’s what I call customer service!
