Amazing service by Jo-Ané at Purple Carrot. It was efficient and prompt with constant communication. I made an error on my order and she went above and beyond to rectify it and ensure that I receive my parcel and product on time. Product is of high quality and excellent craftmanship. Will definitely make use of their services again in the future. Highly recommended.

The worst... I bought two necklaces... They got the dimensions wrong, those necklaces couldn't even last a week. Never again.
