    (24/12/25 - 15/16pm ) A warm welcome with a bitter end - nice selection of exclusive gear - pricing is what you get , cool and limited gear at a premium - - although when my son and I finally decided on a pair of sneakers for a gift for my daughter , it would have come with a trashed box , totally torn and impossible to present as a gift — what left us most dissatisfied and disappointed, was the complete and total lack accommodating manner from the lady in the store- it would have taken very little to accomodate ( another box ? A special wrapping , some form of alternative arrangement to at least present the R4 800 sneakers as a GIFT - NO effort whatsoever to even try to find a suitable solution for this purchase/ gift - and then , regrettably, the “ attitude “ was expressed from the store clerk - totally unnecessary as we felt we had good reason to be disappointed , having found what we really wanted but had no solution offered - what a pity - ultimately it was a lost sale and a case of take it or leave it attitude - what a pity !!!! It really could have been a more pleasant purchase - ultimately we didn’t complete the purchase and left - sorry for the owner - and for my daughter . Otherwise the rest of the staff was pleasant — thank you .

    Super bad at communication, it’s a nightmare trying to contact them. Eventually ended up in store and they were charging double the price for Yeezy’s than what Adidas above them were charging. Please shop around and you will 100% find better pricing.

    Tsakane and Ferosa were very helpful and patient with me while I was making a decision with which Nike Dunks I should get. They went to the extent of advising on what I should wear the shoes with cause I was very indecisive about the colour. Loved the service and the professionalism.
