    Shout out to this store, had to deal with them remotely from PE about a nomination I wanted. They didn’t have any stock so they ordered in as quickly as possible from their Joburg store always updating me on what was happening. They also took delivery of another gift I wanted handed over with the nomination for when the recipient came into store to collect! Big shout out to Shante and her team, she’s an absolute legend!

    They were sold out of the composable bracelet and the store clerk said she would message or phone when they were available again. That phone call never came. I have been waiting for a month for verification but nothing came and now I see the bracelet is back in stock again.

    What a shocking experience. The guy behind the counter that attempted to help us was useless. He had two of his friends visiting him that were taking space in the shop, they were lying over the counter and I couldn’t even see the jewellery. So unprofessional and such a horrible experience. I’ll never go back there, seems the brand isn’t as prestigious due to its horrible staff and customer service.
